Update {Happy with Sprinkles}

Happy Wednsday Bloggies!!!!

 we are mid week and ready for the Weekend to come fast but to last long ;)

so I'm just wanting to give you all a brief update, I probably won't be posting blogs the next couple of days. I will be having surgery tomorrow! {screams like a kid}I will be having a Ovarian Cyst removed...possibly my right ovary as well so there's a chance I might have one ovary...and yes I can still have children with one ovary hahaha trust me that was my first question when my Doctor was telling me about the surgery. so I will be recovering this coming week enjoying the pain meds hahaha it's a very normal procedure :-) I'll be fine

so I hope you all have a great rest of the week and a awesome weekend I will try to post a update after the surgery and let you know how it went.

I hope everyone is having a awesome Tuesday! so it's that time again where I show you what Myglam sent us for the month of April.... and I'm to be honest.....I wasn't much thrilled about it, don't get me wrong it's free stuff I get to try and if I like it then I'll buy em but i don't know this time it wasn't as thrilling as the past two months. Maybe it's just me or maybe it has to do who I now have two lip therapy balms however I like this months balm it's smells pretty hahaha anywho so let get to the showing.....

DIY Ribbon Bracelet

Happy Wednesday everyone!!!

It's mid week and we are only two day close to the weekend, so do you all have any fun plans this weekend? as for me I am just going to slum it and have a relaxing weekend indoors where I wont have any allergies attacks hahaha.

ANYWHO! so just like any other girl I love bracelets I just love them and being a plus size girl it's kind of hard to find pretty bracelets that will fit loosely on my wrist...I mean you can always go to torrid or lane bryant to buy chunky bracelets but come on they are a little expensive. So about a year ago I ordered Erica Domesek's P.S I made this book and I love it but as i was looking through all the great things I could make I noticed this DIY ribbon bracelet economical and easy to make.

What you will need:

-1 Plumbing clamp

- Ribbon

- Scissors

Step 1:

cut ribbon to a descent amount of size...probably around half a foot and start wrapping it from the coil and just start to wrap it as in the picture below

once you have wrapped it all up double knot it where the coil is, it's going to be a little tricky cause there really isn't going to be anouther end where to tie it so you just need to loop the ribbon like a bowline annnnd

waaaaaa la!!! all done

Happy Easter everyone!!!! I hope you all are having a great day with you're love ones. I have lived in Austin all of my life and I plan to keep it that way...unless there's an opportunity where I can live at this kick ass new country then...i might just leave hahaha however like everyone I have my top 10 places I absolutly love about Austin <3

Locks of Love

So for a while I have been thinking I want to help kids who are gravely sick and my main reason why I want to is cause A: I love kids and B: every Child should feel loved, happy and special! So I have decided that I am going to let my hair grow nice and long for a while and then cut it and donate it to Locks of Love aka LOL.

Locks of Love is a non profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.

I have been contemplating to do it for a while because my younger cousin who was diagnosed with Leukemia, Thankfully she went into remission and has been cancer free since then I have been wanting to do something to help Children like my cousin who have to go through this terrible disease so I have decided to go ahead and grow my hair up to 10" and donate it to LOL. every month I will take a picture of how long my hair is getting and when it comes to chop it off I'll have pictures and a video of it.

April already?!?!?!?!

It's APRIL!!!!! wow this year is just flying by itsn't it!

anywho! Happy April Fools everyone!!! i'm not gonna prank anyone cause I suck at pranking people and when I do it's very rare and probably won't happen again ahahaha so this is a pretty big month, not for me but there is a lot of things going on this month.
