for a while now I have been thinking of making my own nail polish and just didn't know how until I googled it ^_^ (i love google!) and found out that you can make homemade nail polishes with unwanted or old eye shadows! so I went to walgreens and purchased a clear nail polish from NYC and found an old pallette of shimmery eye shadows and went to work!
Materials:
-Clear nail Polish
-Eye shadow(pigment,matte,shimmery etc)
-Funnel (I used an old cupcake decorator funnel)
-paper
-baggy (i used a flat head stick)
